I have a need to trigger an outbound LOIPRO01 IDoc when the production order is released and saved OR when an already released order is changed and saved.
The idea is to use change pointer with control flowing from a user status assigned to production order. This has two options - SEND data to MII and RESEND data to MII.
When, user status "SEND" is selected and order is released and saved, this needs to trigger the IDoc LOIPRO01.
When there is any change in the order and IDoc is to be triggered again after changes, the status option "RESEND" is selected and saved. This should also trigger the IDoc LOIPRO01.
What is the best way forward for this?
