Generating form 16

Hi Experts,

Have to generate Form 16. 

Issues:

We are following bellow process,  Please find he below example.

Example: Employee salary 100000 Per month - Sap system calculating 30000 taxable amount, but manually calculated taxable amount 20000 ( Reason:Tax exemptions are not maintaining in the sap system, So we have to maintain this amount through MVT1, MVT0)

As per my knowledge,  I am planning to maintain Chalana mapping program for tax deduction. after that generate FORM 16.

Question:

Is it the right way generate FORM 16.
