Custom Theme not reflecting

Hi All,

We have implemented EP 7.3.

In order to customize the theme, we created custom theme and an image in the masthead is not reflecting as expected.

Under the section "Portal Masthead", in the Branding Image, " URL to Branding Image", is not reflecting after uploading it.

When I upload it will be visible, but once i click on save the image will not be reflecting.

We tried to import theme from another server which has " URL to Branding Image", but the imported theme is also not reflecting.

Server restart was also done. but was of no help.

Can anyone please suggest on why this behavior is and what can be done?
