Errors while uploading STOs using LSMW Idoc method

Hi,

     We are tying to upload Stock transport orders in Sap using the LSMW idoc method.i m getting below errors during upload.can someone help with that.

1) GR indicator used not allowed

2) Instance object for purchase order has not been created.

3) purchase order still has faulty items.
