unable to find New Hampshire as a subtype for infotype 210 in PA30 screen

Hi All,

       I am trying to enter the Tax Authority for an employee in infotype 210 Withholding Info W4/W5 US. In the PA30 screen, when i click F4 on the subtype field inorder to select New Hampshire, i am not finding it in the list. When if i check in the backend table T5UTZ, this entry for New Hampshire is already there. Could anyone help me to find what the issue might be please?
