Dear All,
I have a question that relates to all sync users in GRC box. I'm running GRC 10 SPS 17 and we have 6 connectors connected to this GRC box. I'm running my repository sync (incremental) job every hour and full job once a week. Our each connector is located in different country and we have different team who manages the users and roles. They don't check if we have same user ID created in another instance.
When we run repository job we collects all users from all 6 instances, in my GRACUSRCONN table shows that how many users sync's in each connector, however when we have same user ID in different connector, NWBC only shows one unique ID, I guess it shows the first connector ID that was listed in the first place in Search Data source list in the configuration. I think it is the normal behavior of the system, but I was curious if there is any workaround where I can see both duplicate users with the different connector. I know I can take the connectors out from my search data source list and It will show both duplicate users if any in different connector, but I can't do that because it helps sync users properly. Can anybody tell me that GRC 10 can have functionality to keep duplicate ID's from different connector.
Can anybody please put some lights on this issue? Thanks in advance
Regards,
Faisal
