Dear Experts,
As per rule, OT amount should not exceed 50% of basic salary.
1. This has been included in the rule and it is working fine. If any OT hours maintained now for earlier months, it has to check with for-period basic salary and pay upto 50% of that months's basic salary.
2. If any changes to basic salary retrospectively, the OT hours also to be paid or recovered retrospectively.
