NWBC lanuch issue "Invalid HTTP Configuration"

Hi Experts,

I have installed GRC 10.0 and did the post installation steps as per GRC 10.0 post installation document, but when i try to execute NWBC tcode it say "Invalid HTTP configuration, please contact your system administrator"

Please help me to fix it and point where am i missing the configuration.
