Can we use SWUE transaction to restart worfklow in production

Hi All,

i have a requirement to restart workflow when workflow is in no error but processed incorrectly and the status of workflow is completed.

I tried SWUS_WITH_REFERENCE and retriggered workflow with old workflow id but again it is triggered with completed status only. I tried to cancel old workflow but it did not cancelled because of completed status.

Then i have used SWUE transaction to raise same workflow again and now workitem created and went in agent inbox.

is it ok to use SWUE transaction for workflow restart in such scenario in PRODUCTION SYSTEM or please suggest me on this.
