Hi Gurus,
We have an requirement for Absence Deductions from Quotas for certain Employee Subgroups and Certain Leave types to deduct for Fixed amount of hours rather than deducting asper the Work Schedules. Currently the Particular Subgroup has Work Schedules 10 hours & 14 hours of Work Schedules where as the Deduction should happen only for 7.60 hours maximum daily. is there any way we can control this? See the attached Picture for more information.
