Maintenance status : New start hold

Hi

I have a problem in create automatic order in calibration

for example :

Equipment Maintenance plan in IP10 for 01/07/2015 , but after 2 mounts the status is new start hold

I check the customization as below

and the scheduling indicator is time (strategy plan 6 mount) , offset is 95%.

it is the first calling of this EQ.

The other cases I have also this problem for 3d or 4th calling.

Please help me.
