installation of diagnosis agent on HP unix

Dear Team,

We are installing the diagnosis agent on Hp unix of  R/3 prd server.

So we have download the diagnosis agent software from SMP.

1.70SWPM10SP03_2-20009698.sar

2.Krnl_7.20_HP_UX__IA64__PA_RISC__SP03_

Uncar the file 70SWPM10SP03_2-20009698.sar ,so we have run  the script ./sapinst

It is showing following error,Gui is not starting.
