adding group and sub-group to material group standard F4 help

Hi Experts,

Hope you all doing great.

I have a requirement where in my client wants to add few more fields i.e. group and sub group to the search help or F4 help of the field MATKL(Material Group) of the table MARA. but the problem I am facing here is I have to add  all the group and sub group line item for a material group.  For reference please find the below screen. this is what the exact requirement .

Please help me find the solution for the same.
