Accounting of Income/Expense on behalf of other Offices/Factories

Hi,

We have multiple factories and offices situated at different locations. Many a times, one office/factory incurs expense or makes payment on behalf of other offices/factories.

Each such location is defined as Business Segment and under each segment there are different Profit Centers.

Hence would like to know how to handle such transactions. Note that users of one segment is not authorized to use cost centers / profit centers of other business segments.
