Cannot create secure socket in REST receiver adapter

Hi,

I am using SSL certificate in REST Receiver Adapter.I am getting below error in message monitoring,

Delivery of the message to the application using connection REST_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.adapter.rest.ejb.security.SSLException: SSL enabled call failed. Cannot create secure socket

Any inputs on this.
