Since past two days I am facing one issue from my workflow. Workflow is made with help of class method. When i execute the workflow,approval mail will goes to business workplace ( So01). if user approves it, it will send external mail to some person and if they rejects from business workplace, one pop up text container will trigger for getting remarks and also external mail will send to some person with remarks. Earlier it was worked well. Two days before i inserted the two lines of coding that class and moved into quality. if i checks the scenario, during the rejection mail pop up window is not triggering and also mail is not going. if i checks from ST22, dump is created.
When i analyse the dump, it showing error "Screen output without connection to user ".
i have searched from SCN and found below thread for related issue.

Solution :
In background type activity step, in details tab we have option of ->Advance With Immediate Dialog flag is set to X, due to this system checking for user interaction.
i don't know the t-code and also where i can deselect the dialog flag.
Kindly any one help me out.
