UWL: Subject hyperlink problem after upgrade to 7.40

Hi,

     after upgrading to 7.4 in the UWL the subject column have for each task the hyperlink set, before, with the release 6.40 the column subject had hyperlink only for those tasks that require an explicit action.

Can I disable the hyperlink only for some tasks like before?
