Error in Applicant Action

Hi Experts,

I have configured the Applicant Actions in Recruitment but when I try to execute the first Applicant action  "Intial Entry of Basic data" via PB40 , I get the below mentioned error  "Applicant does not exist - please choose initial entry action".

Please let me know , how to resolve this error.
