J1BTAX tcode - CEST description Not available

After following the steps in 8.6 in SAP Note 2232775 to regenerate table J_1BTCEST for screen 1 on function group J_1BFG_CEST to avoid the - Dump GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED in SAPLJ_1BFG_CEST:, the table maintenance has lost description (J_1BCESTD) from table J_1BTCESTT. 

I even deleted the table maintenance for table  J_1BTCEST and recreated it and it still doesn’t show.  I don’t see any reference to table maintenance for table J_1BTCESTT referenced when searching OSS.    I searched OSS and google and haven’t been able to find anything. 

Anyone know why?
