Vendor Invoice Management automation by Open Text

Hi,

Regarding VIM by open text  we got the documentation from the link

One of our customer is interested to go forward with this Vendor Invoice Management automation by open text and hence need more information on that, our questions are as below and hope you can help me to get the answer;

1)     Do we have to approach open text team to install and implement it in our server?  if so what would be the cost? Or

2)     Is it in-built in SAP package itself now-a-days? Or

3)     Do we need to approach SAP consulting team to install it? and

4)     Any specific customization is required in SAP FICO ?

Or do you have any documentation on its installation and usage, please forward it to us.
