Having issue with clearing the documents in T.code F-44

Hi Experts,

Having the issue with user, actually one user is able to clear the document in F-44 and another user is not able to clear the revered document.

(The parameter and document is same)

  User  AAxxx, having issue with  clearing the documents in Tcode F-44 ( not available the reversed document to clear.)

Screen shot 2 User AAyyy,  having access to both wrongly booked & reversal documents to clear.

Please give me some guidelines where do we make same settings for both user.
