Serial Number with equipment master

Dear Team,

I have configured serial number profile in OIS2 as below. Based on the below settings, I understand that the equipment master will be created & I can view the equipment details in IE03 after posting GR against my production order (MB31).

Equipment Number listed in IQ03 as below.

But when I try to display the equipment master in IE03, I am getting the message that 'Equipment master does not exist". (Example the equipment 10006918 does not exist). Could you please let me know any reason for equipment master not being created?
