Dimension scaling factor change contextmenu

Hi,

I have a query with dimension in the row and column.

Now i would like to change the Setting of scaling factor, in the RSRT2 it Looks so.

But in design Studio context menu, i can not found the Setting for scaling factor.

By normal measure i can change the scaling.

I use Design Studio 1.6 and BI 4.1 SP6 Patch5.
