Result row and Column Merge

Hi,

  Could you please help me with the result row for Prod Dimension and Volume's Year and period column merge dynamically similar like Sales KF .

Vol should also have Period as 1 and Year as 2015 similar like Sales.

For result row, i see  rightclick Totals -> show totals ticked by default but not working out showing result row.
