DTP issue in SPO

I have some doubts Regarding Existing SPO

1. Already fiscal year from 2010 to 2015 has been created in SPO
2. Now I Have to create for the Fiscal Year 2016
3. So far now, I have done all steps in SPO wizard

Coming to my Query, Existing Fiscal has year 2 DTP.

One is Disable and another one is enabled.

I need to make the same process for the Fiscal Year 2016.

Y its disabled and how to make it same as existing one.
