Hi Experts,
I'm working on CRM 7 EHP3. I've followed below steps to configure custom Service Order. After customization, when I'm creating service order reservation is not created for spare item entered in transaction.
Step1: Copy standard transaction SRVO to YRVS
Step2: Copy standard item category SRVM to YRVM
Step3: Item category determination for custom transaction
Step4: Defined Logistics Scenario for the Procurement of Materials and Services for creating reservation
Step5: Assigned Plant and Storage Location to Service Organizational Units
Step6: Defined Transfer Parameters for the Goods Movement
Also I've set order not relevant for controlling in R/3 system.
I even tried to use YMAT item category by copying it from standard item category RMAT for spare item in transaction but still reservation is not getting created. Please see below screenshot
