how to achieve the below batch split logic in mapping?

Hello Experts,

can you please tell me how to achieve the below output.below logic the logic mentioned. 

Batch Split logic: If the ASN has batch information for a Material then batch split lines should always be created in the Inbound delivery.

Repeat the E1EDL24 segment with its child segments for each line items like 10, 900001, 900002, 20, 900003, 900004 etc.
