How to access a SOAP service in HCP via HTTP

Hi Experts,

Currently i am trying to access the SOAP services from

1. Amazon Web Services deployed in tomcat in to HCP(SAPUI5)

2. Trying to access the SOAP services deployed Tomcat server and is able to access over internet.(No username and password required).

When i tried to access in both cases i found error in the console as

Ok then i tried to configure in destination and checked connection and result as below

Please help me to get this issue resolve.
