How can I recreate instance in Free Tier

Hi,

I've created a Free tier solution (developer) and deployed it in Azure.

I want to redeploy the solution under a different Subscription.

Using the free tier, I know I only can deploy one instance, the Create Instance button is disabled.

Am I able to do this (after terminated the current insntance from SAP CAL) or once I created an instance, i won't be able to redeploy it?
