CRM creating multiple category using FM CRMD_ORDER_MAINTAIN

Hi Friends,

I am developing program to create service request with multiple category (1,2,3,4). I am able to create Service request for with one category using FM CRMD_ORDER_MAINTAIN but when I am passing values of second category in the program in same call, it is replacing value of first category.
