How to configure OpenText Invoice Capture center (ICC ) log monitroing through solution manager 7.1

Please help me in configuring OpenText ICC log  and windows services monitoring  through solution manager 7.1

We have Archive Server 10.5

ICC - 7.0 SP3

VIM - 7.0 SP3
