Override Validation Rule for specific User List

Hi SDN Folks,

Need your help on Validation rule-OB28-

I have existing validation rule at Line item level(LIVAL01) for Trading partner as follows-

Pre-Requisite

BSEG-HKONT IN GLLIST AND BKPF-BUKRS IN CCLIST

Check

BSEG-VBUND <> ' '

Message

Custom message with message type: E

GLLIST, CCLIST are the sets created under T-code: GS01.

Now I have a requirement to override above validation for specific list of users?

As a first step, I will create SET with list of user names(SNAME) who needs to override above validation.

But how will I use BKPF-SNAME in check or pre-requisite with a conditional operation to acheive this requirement?

Or this can be done only via ABAP coding via user exit?
