Added a prompt filter to join in Universe now getting WIS 30270

An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)

I added the following to the join criteria and I am now getting 30270 when trying to run report that uses the join.

DATE_TBL.ACTUAL_DATE = TRUNC(FROM_TZ(ADJUSTMENT.CREATE_DATE,'00:00') AT TIME ZONE @Prompt(Report Time Zone))

"Report Time Zone" is a Parameter with a prompt from a LOV with a default value set. 

This works in the Query module in IDT but it does not work when using the tables in a Webi report.

We are running on the following version:

SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 7

Version: 14.1.7.1853

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
