How do i create a report in crystal for counting admissions

Hi All,

I need to create a report in crystal that shows the distinct count of customer admissions broken down by individual departments. The report should look similar to below:

Department Name           Count of Customer Admissons

ABC                               1000

XYZ                                5000

DEF                                8000

How can this be achieved using CR 2013?
