Hi People,
We have an AR workflow that goes through 3 levels of approvals. Applicant to Controller to Authorizer. The issue that we are facing here is, the work item goes to authorizer that is mentioned in the AR, and also picks up a random agent for approval. Due to this, the status of AR is not changing to approved. I have checked the User Decision step and the agent defined is &APPROVALAGENTS& (WFSYST-ACT_AGENT) with Multiline property.
When the workflow starts then the respective agents are determined correctly however as soon as the user decision step is reached, the work item goes to both the correct approver and the wrong approver. There are no substitution/delegation that is being used. the wrong approver is completely in a different hierarchy than the authorizer. What other options can I explore here?
