Dear All, we have requirement form the client , our clients is paying the telephonic bills and electricity bills every month through passing the JV and doing payment but now our client is saying can we do from the frame work order or blanket PO both are same. here my doubt when we doing frame work of we settle some amount for the particular period , in this case how we can give value for the PO as telephonic bill and electricity bill will be vary each month .
