Missing of the node Objective Settings and Appraisals

Hi ,

In SPRO I am unable to find the node Objective Settings and Appraisals  for Tab  configuration.In  Activate Business Functions ,I activated all the nodes related to  Appraisals still  node is not visible.

I used TCode HAP_TAB_CONF for configuration ,where i am  unable to find the templates over there(Templates are in released  status).

Is there any link between visibility of node   for not finding templates  through TCODE.

Please help me out in this issue.
