Creating Print Forms

Hi Experts,

I have created  'Print Forms' to fetch values from two different Tabs.

When I press  Preview button it is rendering the values which is present in the present tab .But the values which is present in other tab it is not rendering.But all elements which I selected to display are present under same BO.

so can any one help me to resolve this issue.
