Unable to Delete Model

Dear Folks,

     When am trying to delete a model in a specific environment it is getting failed and stating that it is used as a Foreign key in one of the DB Z-Table.

When I check that table it doesn't exist in DB but physically exists. I want to how that Z table get generated and how can i delete it .
