We need to carry out the Calibration of Pressure Gauge equipment in SAP System .
The Calibration need recording of observed parameter values during the Result Recording , as per following details .

We are not able to understand , as what steps need to be followed so that recording of observed parameters can be done as per the above details . What type of MIC / Task List shall it require ? . How is it possible to record multiple values ? .
