new Contact drop down fields has can't be maintained directly

Hi,

I would like to ask how to enable maintaining the phone, mobile and email address on the new "contact" action button in C4C. The read only feature for these fields are grayed out but are ticked. Not sure what is SAP's logic on keeping this as read only, for accounts and individual customers these can be directly maintained in the new/action button.
