How to send auto emails to approver when po is saved from me21n.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have this requirement. Please help me out.

When PO is created from ME21n an auto email will be sent to approver to release the PO based on levels.

level 1 - EKKO-FRGZU = space

level 2 - EKKO-FRGZU = 'X'

level 3 - EKKO-FRGZU = 'XX'

Emails of approver is maintained in a ztable where FRGZU is also maintained.

I also need to send PO details that is just created from me23n in the body of the email to the approver in a table format and not as an attachment.

PO Number............................Total PO AMT....................................................DOC

1000000001..........................10000000.00...................................................23.05.2015
