Object locked by User in ESR

Hi,

I was developng a new Service in ESR (data types, message types etc). I faced a connection issue and had to connect back to ESR (go to process integration builder and then click on Enterprise Service Builder link). When I tried to edit the same object which I was working on earlier, it gives me error, Object XXX is currently being edited by use YYY.

Here YYY is my own user.

There was a similar post some time back and the resolution was to restart the ESB. But as this is a central server, what are my options ?
