Period Posting - 13

Hello,

I would like know if is possible create the posting with "posting date" 2016.03.31 for example with period 13? If is possible, how can I do?

Today I tried to use this dates but impossible, before to save, the system changed the period for 13 to 3 because  the posting date was 2016.03.31.
