Hello,
I have a Portal Site that appears corrupted. This is an HCP Trial account.
In the design mode, I can no longer view the stats on the "Home" tab (see attachment). I can also no longer view Applications, or Catalogs associated to the account. I can however, view the Groups.
This link in the Portal Documentation mentions Administrators can utilize "Safe Mode" to recover corrupted sites.
I do not have an option to use "Safe Mode" from the dropdown list in the "Site Directory" as mentioned in the article (see attachment).
Does anybody have another idea for fixing a corrupted site? Or is "Safe Mode" unavailable in the trial account?
