Equipment Breakdown to be reflected in PP capacity planning & locking respective PP Work center.

Dear PM Gurus,

My client has one requirement that, whenever a breakdown notification/order is created in system it should be reflected in PP Capacity planning and no production order can be processed using that work center.

I have done the same configuration for preventive maintenance through standard but couldn't achieve for breakdown!

Is there any standard way to achieve this for breakdown?
