Error in R3trans with Oracle Instant Client - Dialog instance

Hi Experts,

We updated kernel, oracle and instant client sucessfully in Dialog Instance

After that R3trans -d does not work anymore.

Error in trans.log

Oracle instant client is out-of-date or not delivered by SAP.

When I execute genezi -v in instant client directory:

Operating in ORACLE_HOME environment.

Error: Cannot get path of the small timezone file: 0

I checked all environment variables and they are correct.
