Automatically add attachment to Quote or PO

All,

Is there a way to automatically add a PDF attachment to a Quote or PO when e-mailing them?

If not - is there a way to force a page to print at the end of a Quote or PO?

We have a full page for our Terms and Conditions and I would like it to appear as a single page either as an attachment or as the last page of a Quote or PO.  I am using PLD if that helps.
