BOM changed in CS02, but not changed in MD04

Hi PP experts,

The quantity of component A5X01614181 was changed from 2pc to 4pc in BOM, and the valid from date is 13.07.2015.

And the PrdOrd quantity is 1 for FERT A5E35208899. Why the reqd.qty is 4- during 08.07.2015~10.07.2015? I think it should be 2- because valid from date is 13.07.2015.

Could you please give me some advises, do I need to check other date? Thank you.
