Error in Leave quota compensation execution...

Hi experts

I am getting below error (as per screenshot) while testing one sample scenario for leave encasement, as per scenario employee supposed to Compensate at the end of the year (during last payroll period). And also please have a look and review the configuration sequence which I was maintained.

1. First I was generated the absence quota (Annual leave as 15 days entitlement)
2. Create the absence record (From 19.01.15 to 23.01,15)
3. Define time quota compensation method
4. Copy the wage type from MLE0
5. Assign wage types to the Quotas to be compensated
6. Maintained V_T512W_B table with 01 and 100 %
7. Maintain IT406
8. Run the payroll

Find the below error

Please tell me where did I go wrong? What else should I do?
